  • Nope! This program is month to month (with a weekly payment) - we just require a 30 day notice if you want to cancel.

  • No problem! You’ll just email jovitalifestyle@gmail.com and we’ll switch your programming for you.

  • Every 6 weeks! It’s important to stick to any workout plan for at least 6 weeks at a time.

  • We will have you do a test week of tracking your food to determine your current maintenance calories, metabolic rate, and current average macro distribution and set your initial targets and phase from there!

  • That’s totally fine! Just email us at jovitalifestyle@gmail.com and let us know you would like to opt out of the custom macros. We will upload your workouts right away and skip your test week of tracking food!

  • No, this is a done-for-you workout subscription with access to our Jovita Lifestyle app and an exclusive Jovita Lifestyle Subscription App group. Your initial macros are custom to you, but you will self adjust your macros moving forward with the help of the mini course included with your subscription. If you want more hands-on support then our 1:1 coaching is for you!
